Shree Bruhad Anavil Samaj was constituted as a charitable trust in terms of the Deed of Trust dated 12.01.2014 and is duly registered with the Assistant Charity Commissioner, Navsari Region, Navsari at Reg. No: E/1666/Navsari under date 30 th October, 2014. The Trust is also registered with the Commissioner of Income Tax, Ahmedabad under section 12AA of the Income Tax Act, 1961 at Reg. No: AAOTS8228E/600/15-16/T-0468/12AA under date 24.08.2015 and is allotted PAN : AAOTS8228E .The Trust is also approved under section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961 vide Certificate No. AAOTS8228E/927/17-18/T-849/80G (5) dated 21 st April, 2017.
